📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services.,Assisting in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Following up on customer leads and ensuring timely responses.,Assisting in the organization and management of customer data.,Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.,Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
