Hub Bold Group is looking for a dedicated Butler to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service. The Butler will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office and maintaining a high standard of service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist with office tasks such as organizing files, preparing documents, and managing schedules.,Provide support to employees by handling their requests and ensuring their needs are met.,Maintain a clean and organized office environment.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Handle guest and visitor management, including check-ins and check-outs.,Ensure the availability and functionality of office equipment and technology.,Provide transportation services as needed.,Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Butler or in a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with office management and event planning is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation services.
