Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.,Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and collaboration.,Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to team members, helping them to develop their skills and capabilities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve team performance and project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, project management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success in driving team performance and project outcomes.,Strong project management skills, with experience in developing and implementing project plans, monitoring progress, and managing budgets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders, and clients.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus but not mandatory.
