NOVA Dinamis is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a commitment to excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate fleet maintenance and repair.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle performance, and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Schedule and manage vehicle maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and inspections.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly documented, including maintenance records, insurance, and registration.,Provide support and guidance to drivers to ensure safe and efficient driving practices.,Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that vehicles are allocated and utilized effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and experience in driving various types of vehicles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
