📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to verify customer identities and assess risks.
• Review and validate customer documentation, including IDs, proof of address, and other relevant materials.
• Monitor transactions and flag any suspicious activities in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Update and maintain customer records and KYC databases.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in KYC, compliance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in using KYC software and databases, such as AML systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
