📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring that the content is engaging and effective,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall business strategy,Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and development,Develop and maintain training records and documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong background in instructional design and delivery,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using training management systems and software,Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
