📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing office operations, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assisting with event planning and coordination.
• Handling office communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Managing office security and maintaining a secure environment.
• Assisting with office maintenance and repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Providing administrative support to the management team.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus.
