Duta Bimo Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Operator to join our team in Surabaya. As a Senior Store Operator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the operations of our store to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 2.000.000 to Rp 3.000.000 per month. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and sales transactions.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demands and maintain a high level of product availability.,Train and supervise junior store operators to ensure smooth store operations and adherence to company policies.,Monitor and report sales performance, customer feedback, and store metrics to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote and showcase new products and special offers in the store.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment, including displays, signage, and overall aesthetics.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of the store's overall performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in store operations or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and meeting sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
