Moon Bloom Lestari is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet events run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a passion for event planning, and the ability to work well under pressure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events,Provide excellent customer service to event attendees,Manage event logistics, including seating arrangements and catering,Work closely with the event coordinator to ensure all event details are met,Maintain a clean and organized event space,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event,Assist in the setup and breakdown of event equipment and decorations,Provide feedback to the event coordinator on event performance

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in event planning or customer service is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with basic event planning software is a plus,Ability to lift and move heavy objects,Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
