📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.,Maintain a safe working environment for the crew and passengers.,Follow all maritime regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular safety inspections and maintenance.,Handle emergency situations and coordinate with relevant authorities.,Plan and execute voyages according to schedules.,Communicate effectively with the crew and passengers.,Monitor and record voyage logs and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Captain's License (Master Mariner's License).,Knowledge of maritime laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,First Aid and Advanced Fire Fighting certification.,Experience with vessel management systems and software.
