📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and monitor concrete batching plants to ensure the production of high-quality concrete.
• Maintain and troubleshoot batching plant equipment, including mixers, conveyors, and control systems.
• Monitor and control the mixing process to ensure the correct proportions of cement, water, and aggregates are used.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of batching plant equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Record and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that concrete production meets project specifications and deadlines.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and training to junior operators and new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating concrete batching plants or similar roles in the construction industry.
• Certification in concrete technology or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and production processes.
• Familiarity with batching plant equipment, including mixers, conveyors, and control systems.
