📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of outlet staff to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet.,Supervise daily operations, including inventory control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop team members to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor outlet performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet at all times.,Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Outlet Staff or similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record in leadership and team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
