📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and baking pastries, bread, and viennoiserie.
• Follow recipes and baking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
• Participate in daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Learn and apply new baking techniques and recipes.
• Assist in training and supporting junior team members.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
