📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of local job market trends and labor laws.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and follow up on hiring decisions.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of local job market and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian culture and business practices.
