International Modern Arabic School (KL) is seeking a dedicated Student Affairs Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment for our students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to fostering student well-being. This is a full-time position located in one of the specified areas in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement programs to support student academic, social, and emotional development.,Coordinate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to address student concerns and issues.,Organize and facilitate extracurricular activities and events to enrich the student experience.,Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and participation in school activities.,Collaborate with the school administration to ensure compliance with school policies and procedures.,Promote a positive school culture and values through various initiatives and campaigns.,Provide guidance and support to students facing personal or academic challenges.,Assist in the development and implementation of student discipline policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in an educational setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.,Familiarity with Indonesian education system and culture.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of student affairs best practices and trends.,Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
