📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and cultural fit.,Maintain and update job descriptions, postings, and other recruitment materials.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
