📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and team goals.,Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance metrics.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both spoken and written Indonesian is required.,Valid SIM card and smartphone for work purposes.
