As an Estate Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our property portfolio. You will work closely with our development team, property managers, and vendors to ensure that our properties are well-maintained, profitable, and aligned with our strategic objectives. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in estate management, property valuation, and market analysis.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day management of premium properties in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance audits to ensure high standards of upkeep.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and rental income.
• Manage relationships with property managers, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present regular reports on property performance and market analysis.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify opportunities for property enhancement and value addition.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in estate management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate management, property valuation, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing high-value properties and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar.
• Certification in Property Management (CPM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
