📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage and update employee records in our HRIS system
- Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documents
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Attend and contribute to HR training sessions and workshops
- Assist with the organization of HR events and activities
- Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
