📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on labor laws and company policies.
• Monitor and manage employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
• Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with employment contracts and agreements.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, and implement necessary adjustments to company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR compliance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Certification in HR compliance or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other relevant software.
