Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to guest experience.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades to our facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, addressing their technical needs with professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance our facilities.
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response protocols to ensure the safety and security of our property.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Technician or similar role in the hospitality or facility management industry.
• Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS) is a plus.
• Certification in Refrigeration (CFC, HCFC, HFC) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
