📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the data centre and network infrastructure 24/7, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor network security measures to protect against threats.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to support system upgrades and new implementations.
• Document all IT operations and maintain accurate records for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
• Provide on-call support during off-hours to address critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, data centre management, or network operations.
• Certifications in ITIL, CCNA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data centre and network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Experience with monitoring and management tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a 24/7 environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
