📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and baking pastries, bread, and viennoiserie.
- Follow recipes and baking procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
- Participate in daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Learn and apply new baking techniques and recipes.
- Assist in training and supporting junior team members.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar food service environment.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
- Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools.
