📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Proton vehicles, including oil changes, brake services, and battery replacements.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues using specialized tools and software such as Proton's proprietary diagnostic systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and ensure vehicle safety and performance.
• Work on specialized projects and modifications for Proton vehicles, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repair processes and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends to enhance service quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and accounted for.
• Collaborate with the service center team to ensure efficient and effective vehicle servicing and repair.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, preferably with Proton vehicles.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent industry certification.
• In-depth knowledge of Proton vehicle models and their specific maintenance requirements.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software such as Proton's proprietary systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
