📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Promote and sell B Braun's healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote B Braun's products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company-wide sales goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and familiarity with B Braun's products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
