PT Mitra Solusi Lelang is a leading auction solutions provider in Indonesia, and we're seeking a dynamic Credit Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team in Cilegon, Banten. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our financial growth, developing and executing strategic credit marketing initiatives that will help us expand our customer base and increase our revenue. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 5,300,000 - Rp 5,500,000 per month.

As a Credit Marketing Officer (CMO), you'll be responsible for identifying and evaluating potential credit opportunities, developing and managing credit marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with our clients. You'll work closely with our sales and finance teams to ensure that our credit marketing strategies are aligned with our overall business objectives. With your expertise and dedication, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of PT Mitra Solusi Lelang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential credit opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Develop and implement credit marketing campaigns to attract and retain clients.
• Manage and monitor credit risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to align credit marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze and report on the performance of credit marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit marketing.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on credit-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with auction and leasing industry would be an advantage.
• Certification in credit risk management or a related field is a plus.
