📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and performance optimization.
• Design and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide strategic advice to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with organizational goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and threats.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and business consulting, with a strong background in strategic planning and performance optimization.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and business analytics tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar platforms.
• Certifications in HR management, business strategy, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and performance improvement.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
