• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
• Train and mentor merchandising staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail and consumer goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing merchandising strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
