National Policy Evaluator

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct policy impact assessments using quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Analyze data from various sources to identify policy strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement policy evaluation frameworks and methodologies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, including government officials, policymakers, and international partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy alignment with national development goals.
• Stay updated on the latest policy trends and best practices in Indonesia and internationally.
• Provide training and capacity building to government agencies on policy evaluation techniques.
• Participate in policy dialogues and forums to advocate for evidence-based policy-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy evaluation, research, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with policy analysis software such as Stata, SPSS, or R.
• Experience with GIS tools and data visualization platforms.
• Certification in policy evaluation or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
