📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and utilities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain safety systems, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, and first aid equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services.
• Perform energy audits and implement energy-saving measures.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Provide technical support and training to staff on facility maintenance and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities and utility maintenance.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other infrastructure.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP, IBM Maximo, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
