📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
Monitor production output and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and mentorship.
Optimize workflows and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address production issues.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize advanced manufacturing software, including ERP and MES systems, to track production data and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervision role.
Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of technicians.
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
Proficiency in using ERP and MES systems.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
