Operations Officer - Brewery Logistics & Procurement

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Officer to oversee procurement, logistics, and inventory management for our brewery. Based in Denpasar, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and supplies, from sourcing to delivery, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
As an Operations Officer, you will work closely with our procurement team to identify and negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials. You will also be responsible for coordinating with our logistics partners to optimize delivery routes, track inventory levels, and implement effective inventory management systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia while gaining valuable experience in the craft beverage industry.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to manage the transportation and delivery of raw materials.
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems using tools like SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Track and analyze procurement and logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to the brewery.
- Assist in the development and implementation of procurement and logistics policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory management.
- Proven experience in working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and logistics best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the craft beverage industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
